Role Overview

Liganova Mash Ltd. is seeking a talented 2D / 3D Motion Designer & Video Editor with a strong foundation in graphic design. This hybrid London-based role offers the opportunity to create story-led films, motion graphics, and social-first content while contributing across the entire creative production process.

You will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and producers to deliver bold ideas across digital campaigns, social media, and out-of-home advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create story-driven films, 2D and 3D motion graphics, and social media assets
  • Deliver creative across digital campaigns and large-scale out-of-home advertising
  • Contribute from concept development and ideation through final delivery
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for ideation, storyboarding, and asset creation where appropriate
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, producers, and client teams
  • Maintain brand consistency and act as a brand guardian
  • Lead projects when required and support team members through collaboration
  • Push creative innovation in 2D, 3D, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Share new tools and techniques to foster continuous team development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing (social, digital, or broadcast)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, 2D & 3D motion design, and editing expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong foundation in graphic design principles (layout, typography, composition)
  • Solid understanding of cinematography, editing rhythm, and filmmaking fundamentals
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and render engines such as Redshift or Octane
  • Strong 3D modeling skills (creating models from scratch and adapting stock assets)
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
