Job Overview
Yoto is seeking a talented 3D Motion Designer to join its Growth Team on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026. This role involves creating engaging, playful, and high-quality 3D animations that bring the Yoto brand and products to life across various digital platforms.
The role requires strong creative storytelling, technical expertise in 3D animation tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 3D motion graphics aligned with Yoto’s brand identity.
- Create animations for product videos, campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames from creative briefs.
- Produce 3D renders and animations for physical products.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and copywriters.
- Ensure clarity and accessibility in all animation outputs.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer with a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Proficiency in tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software.
- Experience with After Effects and compositing workflows.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, pacing, and storytelling.
- Excellent sense of design, lighting, color, and composition.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience rendering consumer products or electronics.
- Familiarity with rendering engines such as Redshift or Octane.
Education
No specific degree required; relevant experience and a strong portfolio are essential.
