Job Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping brand visuals across print, digital, retail, and event platforms. This role combines hands-on design execution with creative direction, ensuring high-quality, consistent output aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual execution across print, digital, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve creative standards, templates, and design systems.
- Create assets including flyers, ads, catalogues, presentations, web banners, and social content.
- Design large-format event graphics and high-visibility marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape briefs and deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Work with external suppliers to ensure accurate production and high-quality outputs.
- Guide and manage freelance designers during peak periods.
- Ensure brand consistency and strong creative standards across all outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design across print and digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of print production and artwork setup.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to translate briefs into effective designs.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

- Experience managing or directing freelance creatives.
