Job Overview

Saronic Technologies is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its growing design team in Austin, Texas. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and excels at transforming complex technical concepts into clear, high-impact visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual materials including presentations, diagrams, marketing collateral, manuals, and digital graphics.
  • Design and refine professional PowerPoint decks and presentation templates to communicate technical and strategic messaging effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and business development teams to support visual storytelling initiatives.
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of Saronic Technologies’ visual identity across internal and external platforms.
  • Translate complex or abstract information into clear, concise visual frameworks aligned with brand standards.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work with an emphasis on visual communication and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in building professional PowerPoint presentations, with the ability to structure and visualize complex narratives.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt designs based on strategic input.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with design trends and best practices in the tech and defense industries is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Austin headquarters.
