Role Overview
The Junior Motion Graphic Designer will join the Creative Studio team to produce dynamic, high-energy motion graphics across multiple platforms. This part-time role supports video editing, compositing, typography, and 2D/3D animation projects for social media, broadcast, in-game content, and internal IPTV.
Candidates must be prepared to submit a recent demo reel showcasing their animation and motion design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with video editing, compositing, typography, and 2D/3D animation across various media platforms.
- Create motion graphics for social media, broadcast, in-game entertainment, and internal content.
- Ensure all work aligns with established brand toolkits and maintains visual consistency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and effectively take creative direction.
- Support additional creative tasks as assigned by the Creative Studio team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in art, animation, design, film, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of animation, graphic design, or motion graphics experience preferred.
- Ability to provide a recent demo reel demonstrating relevant skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (or comparable software).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within brand guidelines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basketball, the NBA, and the San Antonio Spurs is a plus.
- Understanding of sports and entertainment visual storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative production environment.
