Job Overview

As a Motion Designer at ElevenLabs, you will play a key role in shaping visual storytelling for next-generation AI-driven audio and creative platforms. You will collaborate with product, video, and design teams to create compelling motion graphics, product visuals, and storytelling assets that simplify complex interactions and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable motion design systems for mobile and web products
  • Create high-quality product videos in collaboration with video and audio teams
  • Animate assets for integration into product interfaces
  • Translate scripts into storyboards and final visual content
  • Ensure all creative assets meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Work cross-functionally with design, communication, and engineering teams
  • Contribute to product launches and long-term design strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of motion design experience in a product-focused environment
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects and Figma
  • Deep understanding of animation principles and motion storytelling
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create user-centric motion experiences based on behavior and needs
