Job Overview
Solve Intelligence is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join its team and lead motion graphics initiatives across social media campaigns, product launches, and conference presentations.
In this role, you will collaborate with design, product, and go-to-market teams to transform complex technical ideas into engaging motion graphics and animated content that clearly communicates product value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a scalable motion design system across the company’s AI platform.
- Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and conferences.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to bring scripts and ideas to life through animation.
- Animate product assets that can be embedded directly into the user experience.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and are production-ready.
- Deliver engaging visual storytelling that simplifies technical concepts for broader audiences.
- Maintain high design standards and ensure creative assets are polished before release.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or motion design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and animation work.
- Ability to convert complex technical concepts into intuitive animated visuals.
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
- Strong understanding of animation principles including physics-based motion and patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating promotional, branding, and social media videos.
- Familiarity with animation tools such as Rive and Lottie.
- Experience producing product launch or growth marketing visuals.
