Job Overview
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join its Creative & Design community in Navi Mumbai. This role requires strong expertise in animated video production, visual storytelling, and corporate design execution.
The ideal candidate will independently manage video and graphic design projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, polished visual assets aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage video and graphic design requirements from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and executions.
- Provide accurate time and cost estimates for deliverables.
- Advise clients on technical visual recommendations and creative solutions.
- Produce high-quality animated videos and corporate design materials.
- Handle multiple assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong expertise in animated video production and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition techniques, perspective, and grid structures.
- Ability to communicate ideas through simple, impactful visual designs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and polished final output quality.
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to deliver marketable visual solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
