Job Overview
The Motion Graphics Designer will join a busy in-house creative studio supporting a major financial services client. The role focuses on producing high-quality, brand-aligned motion graphics across multiple formats including social media, digital campaigns, internal communications, and product explainers.
You will collaborate with developers, designers, video editors, and film/photography teams to transform complex ideas into clear, visually engaging motion content while maintaining strict brand and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for social media, DOOH, internal communications, and marketing content.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling motion assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with designers, developers, editors, and production teams to deliver motion projects.
- Maintain clean, organized project files and follow brand motion systems.
- Export and optimize assets for multiple digital channels while ensuring quality control.
- Support stakeholders with technical advice on formats, timelines, and motion solutions.
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Develop motion templates, toolkits, and reusable assets to streamline workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, Expressions (JSX), and Cinema 4D.
- Experience delivering motion graphics across multiple channels and formats.
- Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and brand fidelity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to visualize complex information clearly.
Education
A degree or relevant training in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is typically preferred. Equivalent professional experience with a strong motion design portfolio will also be considered.
