Job Overview

Trulieve is seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to join its Creative Marketing team. Reporting to the Studio Production Manager, this remote role focuses on executing production-ready creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and state regulations across digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrates exceptional accuracy, organization, and efficiency while managing detailed layouts and design production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute creative concepts into polished, production-ready files for digital and print media.
  • Manage file formats, color profiles, and resolution adjustments according to project specifications.
  • Proofread design elements for brand accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform image manipulation, retouching, and color correction.
  • Ensure visual consistency across display ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, flyers, and in-store signage.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks prior to final delivery.
  • Maintain organized file structures and asset management systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve design or production issues.
  • Collaborate with designers while maintaining ownership of final production stages.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in production design or graphic design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital design standards for web and social platforms.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems (DAMs) and workflow tools such as Monday.com.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics and brand consistency.
