Job Overview
The Production Artist – Creative provides essential production support to the creative team and account managers. This role focuses on building adaptive layouts, retouching artwork, and preparing digital assets and print-ready files to ensure seamless project execution.
The Production Artist plays a key role in establishing efficient workflows and ensuring that final deliverables meet client expectations across both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients
- Review comp files and build production mechanicals for final delivery
- Create templates and prepare digital assets for print manufacturing
- Produce deliverables for both print and digital platforms
- Ensure projects move smoothly through all phases of the production process
- Partner with internal teams to meet client expectations efficiently
- Assist with additional tasks beyond daily responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant production or graphic design experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding of production design tools and techniques
- Experience preparing files for print manufacturing and digital distribution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable in a deadline-driven production environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
