Role Overview
The Senior Brand Designer (Contractor) will join the Marketing Team to create high-impact, visually compelling campaigns that elevate the Greenlight brand across all touchpoints. This remote-friendly contract role is expected to run from late March 2026 through the end of June 2026.
This designer will collaborate closely with brand and product designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and content strategists to deliver creative solutions for growth, partnerships, and customer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design attention-grabbing out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns
- Create customer marketing campaigns for email and in-app experiences
- Develop motion graphics including UI animations, micro-interactions, and short looping assets
- Produce high-fidelity campaign assets across social, landing pages, events, and marketing channels
- Optimize website designs to balance brand storytelling and conversion goals
- Collaborate with senior executives, marketing managers, and business development leaders
- Translate creative briefs into polished, brand-aligned design solutions
- Work within established brand guidelines while elevating craft and visual storytelling
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related visual communications field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of graphic design experience at a creative agency or design-led in-house team
- Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, motion, storytelling, and brand systems
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic motion design skills (UI animations, micro-interactions, short looping assets)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of After Effects or other motion tools
- Experience with Google Slides and Canva
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and modern design trends
