Job Overview
As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will own end-to-end motion design projects—from concept development and storyboarding to final animation and delivery. You will blend artistry, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to create compelling brand films, explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and campaign content.

Your Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Develop high-quality motion graphics for brand films, explainers, product videos, and campaigns.
- Concept Development: Contribute innovative ideas for storytelling, animation styles, and transitions.
- Storyboarding & Design: Translate scripts into detailed storyboards and design frames aligned with brand identity.
- Motion Craftsmanship: Execute frame-perfect animations including character rigging, morphing, kinetic typography, and particle effects.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with art directors, copywriters, editors, and marketing teams.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve motion-based brand guidelines across digital touchpoints.
- Tool Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest motion design tools and plugins.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate quickly based on feedback from creative directors and clients.
- Asset Management: Maintain structured motion graphics libraries and templates.
- Quality Control: Conduct self and peer reviews to ensure polished, platform-ready outputs.
- Analytical Skills: Benchmark video strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient production processes.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in 2D animation, kinetic typography, and video compositing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience in storyboarding, explainer video creation, and brand animation.
- Frame-by-frame animation expertise.
- Good to have: 3D motion design (Cinema 4D or Blender), VFX basics, and audio syncing.
- Exceptional visual storytelling and design sensibility.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback constructively.
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
