Job Overview
Sport Clips is seeking a Video & Motion Graphics Designer to join its internal creative agency. This role is fully dedicated to video and motion design, responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across campaigns, social media, CRM, and performance-driven platforms.
The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in the Georgetown, Texas office. A portfolio is required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop video and motion graphics from concept through final execution
- Create platform-native content for brand campaigns, social media, and performance marketing
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Media, Social, and CRM teams
- Deliver visually distinctive, scalable creative solutions
- Ensure high standards in pacing, typography, rhythm, and storytelling
- Utilize AI tools and generative workflows to enhance speed and quality
- Support cross-channel content creation across multiple formats
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in video and motion design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, campaign, and performance content
- Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, and design fundamentals
- Experience creating content for multiple platforms and formats
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting retail, franchise, or multi-location brands
- Familiarity with Adobe Firefly
- Experience with sports, lifestyle, or experiential brands
- Ability to shoot video or capture content
- Skills in color correction and color grading
- Experience within an agency or structured internal brand system
