As part of the Brand Creative team, this Motion Designer role focuses on storytelling through video, animation, and motion graphics to elevate the brand across marketing and product experiences.

Job Overview

The Motion Designer will create high-impact visual content across brand campaigns, social media, and product experiences. This role involves video editing, motion graphics design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce engaging, performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce video content aligned with CLEAR’s brand guidelines across campaigns and platforms
  • Design and animate motion graphics, typography, and transitions for digital and social media
  • Create platform-specific assets for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Develop motion and interaction design for product experiences across mobile, web, and in-airport systems
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to execute creative concepts
  • Shoot video and create social-first content with strong understanding of framing, lighting, and composition
  • Explore emerging motion design, AI, and editing tools for innovation and efficiency
  • Build scalable motion templates and design systems

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
  • Experience creating social-first content across multiple formats
  • Understanding of video production fundamentals (composition, lighting, camera movement)
  • Ability to storyboard and communicate visual ideas effectively
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Cinema4D, Blender, or other 3D tools
  • Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools for content creation and ideation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
