About the Role
Fisher Investments Europe is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Global Marketing Department. In this role, you will help shape the future of digital experiences by combining visual design, AI-enabled tools, and emerging media to deliver impactful and scalable creative solutions.
Working within the in-house agency fishtank, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, project managers, and external partners to deliver high-quality, business-driven design outcomes.
Job Overview
- Design digital-first UX/UI experiences across marketing channels.
- Develop interactive layouts and scalable visual systems.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows.
- Create prototypes and concepts using Figma, Framer, and front-end tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet business goals.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype engaging digital experiences using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Balance conceptual exploration with production-ready execution.
- Translate creative ideas into scalable systems across campaigns and channels.
- Partner with multimedia teams and external stakeholders for cohesive design delivery.
- Experiment with AI-enabled workflows for faster ideation and iteration.
- Present design concepts with clear rationale and creative intent.
- Continuously test and refine creative approaches to improve performance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design within a corporate, agency, or business environment.
- Experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or workflow enhancement.
- Strong ability to work with ambiguous briefs and turn concepts into prototypes.
- Proven experience designing for digital advertising and conversion-focused experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office environment.
Education
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly required.
