Job Overview
As an Animator, you will play a key role in bringing characters and stories to life by delivering emotionally compelling and technically polished animations. You will collaborate closely with directors, supervisors, and leads to ensure animations align with the creative vision and storytelling goals.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality animations that meet artistic and technical standards.
- Collaborate with Directors, Supervisors, and Leads in a team-oriented environment.
- Interpret creative direction and adapt it into animation assignments.
- Develop unique acting and movement that align with story and character context.
- Plan and manage tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain character consistency and adhere to production design guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback professionally and adapt to creative changes.
- Work collaboratively with other team members when needed.
- Follow guidance from Supervisors and Leads throughout production.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in VFX or animation industries.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in animation is desirable.
- Strong artistic and/or technical skills in 3D animation.
- Ability to deliver expressive character performance and storytelling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Adaptability to feedback and evolving project requirements.
Education
Formal education in animation, fine arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
