This role focuses on producing engaging motion graphics, HTML5 digital advertising, and social media content that communicates complex technology solutions through compelling visual storytelling.
Job Overview
The Motion Graphics Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and solutions teams to create high-quality animated and static content for digital campaigns. This role is ideal for early-career designers with strong Adobe After Effects skills and a passion for motion design within a structured corporate creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects for B2B marketing campaigns.
- Develop HTML5 animated digital banner advertisements for web and paid media campaigns.
- Produce animated and static assets for social media and digital communications.
- Translate technical messaging into clear visual narratives through motion and design.
- Adapt creative assets across formats, platforms, screen sizes, and durations.
- Ensure all work aligns with corporate brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand stakeholders to support campaign execution.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, digital design, or graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation and motion design.
- Experience creating HTML5 animated digital advertisements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Solid graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to refine work through feedback.
