Job Overview

Mathys+Potestio is seeking a talented 3D Visual Designer to support the Product & Design team of a leading app marketplace platform. This role focuses on creating visually engaging editorial content, combining technical expertise with strong artistic vision to deliver polished 3D assets, animations, and immersive visual storytelling experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visuals from concept development through final production.
  • Collaborate with editorial, design, and creative teams to execute innovative visual concepts.
  • Produce 3D assets including modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation.
  • Maintain high visual standards, polish, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to evolving editorial experiences through creative design solutions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting production timelines.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for 3D design workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in 3D design for media, gaming, entertainment, or marketing industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with Cinema 4D including modeling, animation, lighting, and texturing.
  • Experience with render engines such as Redshift or Octane.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, rendering, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished visual work.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Maya, Unreal Engine, or Unity is preferred.
  • Understanding of design fundamentals including composition, typography, and brand systems.
