Job Overview

Faherty is seeking a highly organized Graphic Production Artist to support Wholesale and
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives across customization, partnerships, and licensing.
This role ensures all artwork meets brand, technical, and vendor standards from concept
through final production while managing a high volume of styles and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create production-ready graphic mechanicals for apparel and accessories.
  • Translate creative concepts into vendor-compliant artwork files.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing mockups and presentation decks.
  • Manage multiple styles and artwork programs with strong version control.
  • Maintain organized, production-ready file structures.
  • Create and organize digital assets for eCommerce and product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and graphics team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on an apparel graphics team (licensing experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in building accurate, production-ready mechanical files.
  • Strong understanding of print and embroidery techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent organizational skills and file management discipline.
  • Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
  • Strong visual judgment and collaborative mindset.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
