Role Overview
Digital Remedy is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join its growing marketing team. This full-time remote role focuses primarily on motion graphics and animation (80%), with additional design support (20%) during peak periods.
You will create compelling animated explainers, product demos, data visualizations, and branded motion assets that translate complex B2B and ad tech concepts into engaging visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Create bespoke motion graphics and animated explainer videos (30 seconds to 3 minutes).
- Produce product demo and platform overview videos showcasing Digital Remedy capabilities.
- Design and animate data visualizations, kinetic typography, and branded motion systems.
- Film and produce client testimonials, interviews, and thought leadership content.
- Edit conference footage, webinars, and executive presentations into highlight reels.
- Storyboard concepts and translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with product strategy and subject matter experts from concept to delivery.
- Optimize video content for website, LinkedIn, email, and sales presentations.
- Maintain organized video asset libraries and uphold brand consistency.
- Support static design needs including presentations, PDFs, social graphics, and digital ads when required.
- Travel within the U.S. on an ad hoc basis for filming projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (primary tool).
- Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with filming, lighting, and audio capture for interviews and testimonials.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating animated explainers, motion graphics, and product demos (required).
- Ability to translate complex B2B or technical concepts into clear visual narratives.
- Excellent storytelling, composition, typography, and pacing skills.
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B technology marketing.
- Experience building reusable branded motion templates and scalable systems.
