Job Overview

Affinity is hiring a versatile Brand Designer to bring its visual identity to life across every touchpoint. This hands-on role focuses on creating high-quality brand and marketing assets, building scalable templates and systems, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical channels.

Working alongside the Brand Design Lead and reporting to the Director of Brand, you’ll balance creative craft with executional rigor in a high-visibility, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design Brand & Campaign Assets

  • Create high-quality assets for campaigns, email, social media, paid ads, events, and out-of-home placements.
  • Design banners, carousels, signage, booth visuals, swag, and marketing collateral.
  • Build and update landing pages and web content in Webflow.
  • Develop internal brand materials and merchandise.

Build Scalable Templates & Systems

  • Create reusable, on-brand templates for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and HR.
  • Translate creative concepts into clear guidelines and scalable design systems.
  • Maintain brand consistency while evolving the visual identity.

Support Product Marketing & Launches

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Design on launch campaigns and announcements.
  • Create visuals that clearly communicate product workflows and features.
  • Design sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and customer stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Portfolio

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web, campaign, brand, and production design work.
  • B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Fluency in Figma and Webflow.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience preparing assets for web, email, print, and large-format production.
  • Familiarity with Canva for self-serve templates.
  • Bonus: After Effects, Lottie, HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Systems-oriented thinker with a template-driven approach.
  • Data-informed creative mindset focused on engagement and conversion.
  • Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Video editing experience.
  • Background in private capital markets or financial services.
  • Agency and in-house design experience.
