Role Overview

The Brand Design Lead will elevate RevenueCat’s creative standards while preserving the speed and experimentation that define the company’s culture. This is a highly hands-on leadership role — combining creative direction, brand stewardship, and direct execution across campaigns, launches, digital experiences, and flagship events.

You will shape and refine RevenueCat’s evolving brand system, guide external agencies, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful and scalable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and execution for campaigns, launches, activations, and flagship events such as App Growth Annual.
  • Design, prototype, and ship brand assets across web, landing pages, digital campaigns, and event experiences.
  • Refine and evolve RevenueCat’s brand system, templates, and reusable components.
  • Balance brand consistency with experimentation and speed-to-market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external design agencies and freelancers.
  • Improve internal creative velocity while reducing dependency on slow external execution.
  • Establish scalable systems for landing pages and campaign design.
  • Mentor designers and creative collaborators as the team grows.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in brand or visual design, including leading creative campaigns, launches, or events.
  • Hands-on execution skills — able to take projects from brief to final delivery independently.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating process, decision-making, and measurable impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable).
  • Experience designing and shipping modern, responsive web experiences.
  • Working knowledge of motion design and animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, Rive, Framer Motion, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of modern brand systems and digital design principles.
  • AI-first mindset, using modern tools for ideation, iteration, and production.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies or freelancers.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, evolving environments with sound judgment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
