Position Summary
The Graphic Designer at McLaren Health Care is responsible for the design and production of print, digital, and video assets. This hybrid role ensures all materials align with corporate brand standards and project objectives through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Translate creative briefs and business goals into effective visual solutions.
- Design high-quality assets for digital, social, print, and video platforms.
- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics for web, social, and stadium displays.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual content across multimedia channels.
- Perform image editing, retouching, and final asset preparation for distribution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine creative concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Partner with marketing, content, and leadership teams on integrated campaigns.
- Research and apply current design, motion, and digital media trends.
- Ensure compliance with brand identity standards and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, print, and video or motion work.
- Demonstrated concept development, visual problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Education
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
