Job Overview
Lawson Products is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding and marketing design. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets that support corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and brand consistency across digital and print materials while collaborating closely with marketing and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital and print banners for marketing campaigns, promotions, and web platforms
- Create, refine, and support logo designs and brand assets
- Develop and maintain corporate design materials including brand guidelines, presentations, and internal documents
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure visual consistency
- Prepare final files for digital and print production
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines efficiently
- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, ON1 Effects 10, ON1 Photo 10, ON1 Resize 10, and Photo BlowUP
- Experience operating Roland TrueVIS VG-540 printer
- Strong portfolio showcasing banners, logos, and corporate branding projects
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience with eCommerce or marketing-driven brands
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
