Job Overview
EliseAI is seeking a talented Motion Designer to shape and evolve its brand identity across static and motion media. This role blends brand design, motion graphics, storytelling, and digital execution, requiring a creative professional who can lead projects from concept to completion.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact visual content that enhances brand engagement and business growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand principles into cohesive static and motion design systems
- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, and multimedia narratives
- Develop scalable motion design guidelines and reusable templates
- Create training videos, product explainers, and marketing assets
- Design digital and print materials including ads, social content, email templates, and presentations
- Evolve website and digital experiences to communicate brand value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Manage multiple projects independently with strong time management
- Support product design initiatives to maintain visual consistency
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and visual design expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Confident presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams
