Job Overview
Ares Management is seeking a skilled Video Editor and Animator to join its Creative Solutions team in Mumbai. This role involves producing internal and external video content for online platforms and live events, while also supporting the design and formatting of marketing and corporate materials in line with firm branding standards.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling video production, animation, audio editing, and graphic design tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Video Producer in creating multimedia content for customer stories, corporate training, marketing, recruiting, and social media initiatives.
- Edit video and audio projects, including media organization, footage editing, sound mixing, titling, inserting motion graphics, and final output formatting.
- Create static and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and other Creative Cloud tools.
- Manage and maintain the company video library and archive project media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling multimedia deliverables.
- Support the Creative Solutions team with formatting and visual design of marketing materials, including PowerPoint decks, white papers, RFPs, advertisements, and newsletters.
- Contribute to branding initiatives, including logos, employee photography assets, and special design projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years (Associate) or 6+ years (Senior Associate) of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat Pro).
- Expertise in digital video editing using Adobe Premiere.
- Experience creating motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of video compression and multi-platform delivery formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones and collaborate effectively in team settings.
Education
- College degree in Film, Television Production, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
