Job Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its Bengaluru R&D team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing the CLO-SET platform, delivering user-centered experiences while contributing to service planning, digital branding, and design system management.
You will work in an agile, cross-functional environment to design, launch, and optimize features that improve global user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design the overall UX/UI for the CLO-SET platform.
- Define service policies, feature specifications, user flows, and UX storyboards.
- Create high-quality design deliverables using Figma.
- Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems.
- Design digital branding assets including banners, icons, and explanatory graphics.
- Develop prototypes based on UX research and user behavior insights.
- Identify service improvements based on user feedback and data.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle—from ideation to validation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, service planning, or UX/UI design.
- Experience planning and operating platform-based services.
- Hands-on experience building and applying design systems.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with structured, functional interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie are a plus).
- Understanding of agile development processes.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-driven with the ability to independently plan and execute tasks.
- Must be an Indian citizen and currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CLO software.
- Background in fashion production or technical design.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and proficiency in English.
- Experience launching web or mobile products with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with 3D content creation tools or web-based 3D experiences.
- Knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects or Lottie.
- Experience in a global SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
