Position Overview
The 3D Designer will create visually compelling POP displays, retail environments, and product imagery for in-store and digital placements. This role blends 3D visualization, graphic design, and light motion work to support retail campaigns, experiential marketing initiatives, and shopper-focused storytelling.
Using Cinema 4D as the primary tool, you will develop high-quality 3D models, textures, UV maps, lighting setups, and photorealistic renderings while collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing, Studio, and Project Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model POP displays, fixtures, signage, and retail environments in Cinema 4D.
- Create textures, UV maps, lighting setups, and photorealistic renderings.
- Develop presentation-ready concept boards, render decks, and visual storytelling materials.
- Integrate 2D graphics, dielines, and brand assets into 3D scenes.
- Create simple motion graphics in After Effects and perform light video editing in Premiere.
- Support sell-in presentations, print mockups, and digital marketing assets.
- Maintain organized files, version control, and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet brand standards and retailer requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting client deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D (modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to create simple animations in After Effects and perform light edits in Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of composition, scale, realism, and retail spatial accuracy.
- Experience with printing processes; familiarity with corrugated POP displays is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in 3D, retail, POP, or experiential design.
