Job Overview
Wipro is hiring a Motion Graphics Designer in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing 3D models, simulations, and digital solutions based on client and project requirements.
The selected candidate will work with advanced design tools such as 3ds Max and Maya to create visual models, simulations, and prototypes while ensuring operational feasibility and design accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Create models and simulations using software tools such as CAD, CAE, 3ds Max, and Maya.
- Develop prototypes and engineering models based on design drawings.
- Conduct testing and impact analysis including stress analysis and boundary condition validation.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Run simulations in virtual environments to deliver optimized design solutions.
- Ensure software and systems are updated with the latest features for cost-effective implementation.
- Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing system upgrades.
- Follow industry-standard processes while modeling and developing solutions.
- Provide defect fixes and technical support for issues raised by clients or integration teams.
- Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently.
- Deploy solutions and gather user feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and design repositories.
- Generate weekly and monthly project status reports for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, 3D modeling, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in 3ds Max and Maya.
- Experience with CAD/CAE modeling tools and simulation environments.
- Understanding of stress analysis, impact analysis, and simulation testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug software or design issues.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in client-focused engineering and design environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Animation, Design, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
