Job Overview
This role is part of the Reactor Team, the architectural backbone of Tripledot Studios. The team focuses on building scalable systems and pipelines that empower global game development teams.
As a Senior Technical Artist / Game Developer, you will own features end-to-end — from designing technical architecture using C# to implementing visuals in Unity and driving execution across product alignment and QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement game features by translating design concepts into technical execution plans
- Develop C# tools to automate workflows and validate game assets
- Identify and resolve pipeline inefficiencies with a proactive “fix-it-now” approach
- Take ownership of large-scale technical initiatives with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Expert-level experience with Unity UGUI, including layout systems, anchors, and hierarchy optimization
- Strong proficiency in C# for production-level code, tools, and editor extensions
- Experience translating high-fidelity UI/UX designs (e.g., from Figma) into functional Unity implementations
- Knowledge of Prefab Variants, custom layouts, and scalable architecture practices
- Ability to implement complex animation sequences using code or internal systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance and scalability
