Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Enhance brand experiences through the development of 2D and 3D design solutions
  • Assist on medium and large-scale branded environment projects
  • Create original design concepts and contribute to the development of team-generated creative work
  • Collaborate across specialized creative disciplines to deliver immersive customer experiences
  • Design physical environments incorporating digital, architectural, and human-centered elements
  • Support visualization and presentation efforts for retail, hospitality, service, and entertainment environments
  • Apply branding and environmental storytelling principles to commercial spaces
  • Contribute to innovative and forward-thinking design approaches within the studio

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience designing retail spaces, exhibitions, hospitality environments, or trade shows
  • Strong creativity and passion for branded environmental design
  • Understanding of branding, design thinking, and modern commercial experience trends
  • Appreciation for architectural design, furniture, lighting, and materiality
  • Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and detailing
  • Strong understanding of space planning, flow, volume, and environmental composition
  • Interest in AR, VR, and emerging visualization technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas within a fast-paced creative studio environment

Required Tools & Skills

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Experience using SketchUp, V-Ray, or other high-resolution rendering engines
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hand drawing and sketching skills are highly valued
  • Strong presentation and visualization capabilities
  • Experience designing branded commercial and retail environments
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow creatively
