Job Overview
The successful candidate will manage production schedules, coordinate with local and international teams, and support key programming initiatives. Working closely with production managers and scheduling teams, you will play a vital role in keeping studio operations organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Maintain the master production schedule, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Production Coordination: Support live studio operations, programming initiatives, and content launch activities.
- Communication Support: Distribute weekly and monthly schedules while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with on-site production staff and global scheduling teams to maintain operational consistency.
- Platform Updates: Transfer scheduling information to public-facing platforms with a high level of accuracy.
- Operational Assistance: Provide administrative and coordination support for programming managers and special projects.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in live studio production, scheduling, or production coordination.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of production workflows and the impact of scheduling changes.
- Ability to work effectively within established systems and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Training in production operations or scheduling systems is beneficial.
- Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
