About the Role

Aspora is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to elevate the user experience and visual quality of its international fintech platform. Job Overview

The Lead Product Designer will oversee the complete product design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to polished, production-ready experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design: Lead the entire product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
  • Design Systems: Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficient product development.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and support designers by fostering collaboration, design excellence, and professional growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to define user-centric features and seamless experiences.
  • User Advocacy: Champion UX best practices through usability testing, user interviews, design critiques, and research-driven insights.
  • Strategic Leadership: Establish design standards across mobile and web platforms while balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably within consumer-facing digital platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling design systems and mentoring design teams.
  • Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of UX methodologies and human-centered design practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience with a strong product design portfolio may be considered.
  • Additional certifications in UX research, interaction design, or product design are advantageous.
