Job Overview
Gladstone Media is seeking an experienced Senior 3D Artist to create premium architectural visualizations for luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and landmark developments worldwide. This fully remote role involves collaborating with creative directors, brand strategists, and marketing teams to produce photorealistic imagery that drives real-world sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce premium interior and exterior architectural renderings.
- Develop mood, lighting, and atmosphere aligned with brand positioning.
- Interpret architectural drawings, design intent, and marketing narratives.
- Execute advanced post-production in Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and modeling teams.
- Elevate projects creatively while maintaining technical precision.
- Manage deadlines across multiple high-profile developments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic work.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Expertise in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Forest Pack and RailClone (iToo Software).
- Deep understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and photography.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate globally.
- Experience working on luxury real estate projects is highly preferred.
