Job Overview

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Senior Animator/Video Producer with strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and professional video production workflows. The role involves creating compelling digital video content, supporting studio and field productions, and collaborating with creative and production teams on high-impact multimedia projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create motion graphics, animated content, and engaging video assets for digital distribution.
  • Film, edit, mix audio, and produce video content for studio and field-based productions.
  • Develop high-resolution graphics for LED walls, explainer videos, sizzle reels, product demos, and social media animations.
  • Perform post-production tasks including color correction, audio mixing, transcoding, compression, and final archiving.
  • Support live and remote studio productions by setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Assist with virtual production workflows involving LED-wall environments and live-action capture.
  • Create digital storyboards and visual concepts using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for concept development, sound enhancement, and virtual backdrop creation.
  • Conduct equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and media management.
  • Communicate technical production concepts clearly with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience creating motion graphics with Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong experience in video editing and professional video production practices.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and understanding of codecs, media formats, and project file management.
  • Experience creating graphics and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of DSLR and professional video production equipment.
  • Experience with lighting setups, audio recording equipment, and post-production workflows.
  • Understanding of generative AI tools for video production support.
  • Ability to manage both studio and field production environments.
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and video editing work is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
