Job Overview

The Lead Visual Designer will work closely with Product, Growth, and Content teams to develop high-impact creative assets and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The position combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on visual design execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Execution: Create and deliver visually compelling assets across campaigns, social media, CRM, in-app experiences, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Creative Development: Design bold and engaging marketing materials tailored for diverse global audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to strengthen storytelling and ensure cohesive visual communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative excellence, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and scalability across all deliverables.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems that support consistent visual experiences across product and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual craftsmanship, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience building or evolving brands, preferably alongside agencies or creative studios.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and motion design principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio may be considered.
  • Additional training or certifications in branding, visual communication, or digital design are advantageous.
