Job Overview

The Senior Graphics Designer will work across brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and product touchpoints to deliver engaging visual content. Collaborating with Product, Growth, and Content teams, the designer will ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Create visually compelling assets for social media, CRM, in-app experiences, out-of-home campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Creative Execution: Design bold and consistent marketing materials that resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to strengthen storytelling and maintain visual consistency.
  • Creative Excellence: Ensure high standards of quality, attention to detail, and scalability across all design deliverables.
  • Design Systems: Support and enhance design systems to maintain consistency across product and marketing experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise and storytelling ability.
  • Experience developing or evolving brands, preferably with agencies or creative studios.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and motion design principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio may be considered.
  • Additional certifications or training in branding, digital design, or visual communication are advantageous.
