Job Overview
The Brand Designer (Motion Graphics) will play a key role in building and evolving Patreon’s brand across campaigns, product storytelling, and creative initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Patreon’s brand identity across all channels
- Create and maintain scalable brand systems and guidelines
- Design campaigns, product storytelling assets, and brand experiences
- Translate strategy and cultural insights into compelling creative work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality
- Contribute to motion design work or collaborate with motion specialists
- Quickly iterate on concepts from ideation to final execution
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems and campaign design
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to balance short-term campaigns with long-term brand vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion design (preferred)
- UI/UX design experience (nice to have)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field is preferred.
