Job Overview
Black Kite is seeking an experienced Senior VFX Producer to lead production excellence from pitch through
final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong advertising VFX production experience, established
client relationships, and the ability to manage high-profile projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
This role involves overseeing project delivery, pitching and bidding on new work, managing production teams,
nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the studio’s continued growth and creative success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-quality VFX projects from pitch through final delivery.
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Head of Production on sales strategies.
- Develop long-term client relationships and secure repeat business opportunities.
- Manage CETA schedules and production workflows efficiently.
- Pitch and bid on projects while preparing creative treatments with the team.
- Communicate client feedback clearly and constructively to production teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Mentor and support junior production team members.
- Represent Black Kite at industry events and awards ceremonies.
- Create exceptional client experiences through strong relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive senior-level experience in Advertising VFX production.
- Strong understanding of the VFX production pipeline.
- Established network of industry clients and relationships.
- Proven success in winning new business and managing creative projects.
- Experience leading large teams in dynamic production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience using CETA or other industry-standard production software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities.
