PlayersTV is seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong motion design and branding skills to create visually engaging content across YouTube, social media, branded campaigns, and original programming.
Job Overview
- Create motion graphics, animations, and branded visuals for digital-first content
- Design YouTube thumbnails, social graphics, promotional assets, and branding systems
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative teams from concept to execution
- Develop modern, culturally relevant visual identities for sports and athlete storytelling
- Support content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, title sequences, animations, and branded visuals for PlayersTV content
- Design YouTube thumbnails, social media assets, digital posters, and promotional graphics
- Develop show branding systems including logos, typography systems, title treatments, and graphics packages
- Collaborate with producers, editors, social media teams, and leadership on creative concepts
- Build visual identities and campaign aesthetics for athlete-focused storytelling and culture-driven media
- Use motion, typography, pacing, and composition to create engaging digital-first experiences
- Create platform-optimized content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms
- Utilize AI-assisted creative tools for concepting, ideation, and workflow acceleration
- Maintain brand consistency while elevating the creative quality of all projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, creative media, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, branding, digital storytelling, and social-first creative work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, motion design, and brand systems
- Experience designing YouTube thumbnails, social graphics, motion packages, and marketing assets
- Ability to translate creative concepts into polished visual experiences
- Comfort working in fast-paced collaborative creative environments
- Strong communication skills and openness to creative feedback
- Passion for sports, athlete culture, entertainment, media, and storytelling
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation tools
- Background in sports, entertainment, media, or creator-focused brands
- Experience designing for YouTube-first or social-first media brands
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design technologies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience-focused visual storytelling
