Job Overview

Flawless is seeking a talented Performance Specialist to help create high-quality AI-powered visual dubs for film and television projects. This role combines creative storytelling, lip sync refinement, performance editing, and shot finishing within advanced AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in editing, VFX, animation, or post-production with a strong eye for facial realism, timing, and cinematic performance quality.

Reporting To: Performance Lead

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Delivery

  • Use Flawless AI tools to craft and refine visual dubs for film and TV productions.
  • Ensure natural lip sync, facial realism, and emotional authenticity in performances.
  • Deliver polished, client-ready shots and sequences within production deadlines.

Shot Finishing & Refinement

  • Review face tracking, timing, and keyframes to improve output quality.
  • Perform precise lip sync and audio synchronization adjustments.
  • Refine outputs based on creative direction and stakeholder feedback.

Collaboration & Workflow Contribution

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and engineering teams across projects.
  • Interpret and implement feedback accurately from internal teams and clients.
  • Help improve AI-assisted artistic workflows and production best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in film, TV, animation, or post-production.
  • Strong understanding of lip sync and sub-frame audio synchronization.
  • Experience with keyframing and shot-based editing or VFX workflows.
  • Ability to deliver polished creative work under production deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for interpreting and applying creative feedback.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with face tracking and performance-based workflows.
  • Background as an Edit Assistant, VFX Editor, or Animator.
  • Interest in linguistics or multilingual performance workflows.
  • Lip reading expertise.
