FOX Entertainment is seeking an experienced Producer, AI Animation to join FoxNXT, the company’s innovation studio focused on transforming creative production through advanced technologies. This role combines animation production expertise with emerging AI capabilities to build scalable workflows that support next-generation storytelling.
The successful candidate will collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to develop AI-powered animation pipelines and oversee projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Job Overview
As a Producer, AI Animation, you will lead the execution of innovative animation initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence into production workflows. You will work across multiple business units, helping teams adopt new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and creative outcomes.
This position requires strong production leadership, deep knowledge of animation pipelines, and the ability to operate successfully in a rapidly evolving environment focused on experimentation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead AI-driven animation projects from concept development through production and final delivery while establishing effective workflows.
- Pipeline Development: Partner with creative teams, technical artists, and research groups to build and implement AI-assisted animation production pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct intake sessions with animation teams to identify creative goals, technical requirements, and production needs.
- Production Planning: Define project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables for AI-enabled animation initiatives.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate emerging AI tools and transform them into practical workflows that enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Manage vendors, artists, and cross-functional teams while ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Process Documentation: Document workflows, best practices, and production learnings to support scalability and long-term operational success.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency in storytelling, visual quality, and technical execution across all animation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of animation production experience within television, film, streaming, or digital media environments.
- Experience working with AI-powered creative tools, generative AI platforms, virtual production technologies, or real-time engines.
- Strong understanding of animation production workflows, including 2D, 3D, and hybrid pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create and optimize processes in fast-moving and evolving production environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience in animation production may be considered.
- Additional training in AI technologies, production management, or emerging media is advantageous.
