About the Role

Mob Entertainment is seeking an experienced Game Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of game development, from concept evaluation and green-light approval through launch and post-release optimization. This role is critical in aligning creative vision, business objectives, and player expectations across the studio’s growing portfolio.

Job Overview

The Game Product Manager will serve as the central decision-making and coordination hub between creative, production, engineering, analytics, marketing, and finance teams. You will drive product strategy, roadmap planning, KPI management, and market validation while ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals and player needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Lead concept evaluations, market analysis, competitive research, and player opportunity assessments to support green-light decisions.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, milestones, and delivery objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate communication and alignment between creative, engineering, production, analytics, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Launch Planning: Partner with stakeholders to define launch strategies, messaging, player testing initiatives, and readiness criteria.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, player feedback, and product performance to guide post-launch improvements and future initiatives.
  • Process Development: Establish and refine product management frameworks, documentation standards, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of product management experience within the video game industry.
  • Experience contributing to or managing shipped game titles.
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and product-market fit.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, KPIs, playtesting programs, and green-light evaluations.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Training in analytics, project management, or product strategy is beneficial.
  • Experience working with game development teams and live products is highly desirable.
