The Opportunity

FINN Partners is seeking a highly experienced Motion Designer/Editor to join its growing creative team. This role is ideal for a seasoned visual storyteller with advanced animation skills and deep post-production expertise.

Create compelling video content across brand films, social, digital, broadcast, experiential, and internal platforms.
Develop sophisticated animated sequences beyond basic motion graphics.
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, writers, and producers.
Translate strategic briefs into engaging visual narratives.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and animate high-quality video content across multiple channels.
Produce advanced animation ranging from kinetic typography to complex kinematics.
Optimize video assets for various technical formats and platforms.
Maintain organized media assets and project files.
Contribute ideas during creative reviews and collaborate cross-functionally.
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and AI-powered workflows.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in video editing and animation within an agency, studio, or production environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong command of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
Advanced animation skills beyond basic motion graphics.
Deep understanding of pacing, composition, sound design, and storytelling.
Fluency in AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and Firefly.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
A portfolio demonstrating advanced editorial and motion capabilities.
