Job Overview

Markon is seeking a Multi-Media Developer to support its NRO client in Chantilly, VA. This full-time, on-site role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph. The selected candidate will design and develop interactive multimedia learning content tailored to diverse audiences within the Intelligence Community.

The role involves collaboration with educators, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver engaging, high-quality digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to create interactive learning content.
  • Design and develop multimedia elements including videos, animations, simulations, and interactive exercises.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and infographics aligned with educational goals.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles following best practices.
  • Integrate multimedia assets into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Conduct quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting across platforms and devices.
  • Stay current on emerging multimedia and educational technology trends.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (required).
  • Proficiency in multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline.
  • Strong graphic design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with instructional designers, developers, and creative teams.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with or familiarity supporting the NRO or Intelligence Community environments.

Experience Levels:

  • Entry-Level: 0–3 years (Bachelor’s) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate-Level: 4–7+ years depending on degree level.
  • Senior-Level: 8+ years depending on degree level.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience creating learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexible work hours.
