Job Overview

The Senior Motion Designer will lead motion design output across a portfolio of major food
and beverage brands. This role blends creative storytelling with strategic marketing
execution, delivering content that ranges from pitch presentations to social-first consumer
campaigns.

You will guide projects from concept development and storyboarding through final delivery
using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. The role also involves collaborating
closely with creative teams, contributing to pitches, and providing direction to other
motion designers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead motion design projects from concept, storyboard, and design through final delivery.
Create high-quality motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Blend editing, animation, and graphic motion to produce engaging marketing content.
Art direct motion shoots and ensure creative quality across all deliverables.
Develop social-first campaigns and marketing assets for leading food and beverage brands.
Contribute to and present ideas in new business pitches.
Provide creative direction and guidance to mid-level motion designers.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the wider creative team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–8 years of professional experience in motion design or animation.
Strong expertise in After Effects with solid video editing skills.
Experience producing graphic motion and animated marketing content.
Strong storytelling ability from concept through final delivery.
Experience presenting ideas or contributing to creative pitches.
Ability to mentor and guide other designers without formal line management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
