Key Responsibilities

  • Model high-quality characters and organic assets suitable for production.
  • Create clean UV layouts and perform character texturing.
  • Build character rigs and prepare them for animation workflows.
  • Animate characters for tests, previs, or final shots when required.
  • Develop look development including materials, shaders, and final asset polish.
  • Contribute to character design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Generate or refine character concepts when needed.
  • Prepare, optimize, and integrate character assets into Unreal Engine pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of character anatomy, form, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to model, rig, and animate characters across different tools.
  • Solid knowledge of UV mapping and character texturing workflows.
  • Experience with look development for organic assets.
  • Good eye for design, proportions, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine character pipelines.
  • Ability to optimize assets for real-time environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Game Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing character modeling, rigging, and animation work is required.
