Job Overview

  • Create premium motion graphics for product storytelling, campaigns, and lifestyle content
  • Develop unique, brand-specific motion styles aligned with Gymreapers identity
  • Work across multiple platforms including paid ads, social media, email, and ecommerce
  • Balance high-end design with performance-driven editing techniques
  • Continuously improve creative output based on performance insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Own motion design output across all marketing and ecommerce channels
  • Create animations for:
    • Product storytelling and feature highlights
    • Campaign visuals and social media ads
    • Email marketing (GIFs, animated banners)
    • Amazon A+ content and comparison visuals
    • Website content including homepage and product detail pages
    • Launch teasers and promotional drops
  • Build scalable motion templates such as overlays, captions, and lower thirds
  • Improve creative production speed while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, and Ecommerce teams
  • Use performance data to iterate and optimize motion content

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in motion graphics or performance video editing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (templating, animation systems, text controls)
  • Experience creating high-performing overlays, hooks, and call-to-actions
  • Deep understanding of short-form, platform-native content (TikTok, Reels)
  • Ability to produce multiple creative variants efficiently for testing
  • Strong organizational skills with clean file management practices
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and iterate quickly
