Job Overview

StudioBinder is seeking a Motion Graphics Animator to join its Content & Editorial team. This role focuses on designing and animating engaging motion graphics that support educational video content and help explain filmmaking concepts in a clear and visually compelling way.

You will collaborate closely with editors, writers, and producers to create animations that enhance storytelling and maintain a consistent visual identity across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics for educational videos and visual storytelling content.
Create animated sequences, title graphics, and visual breakdowns of filmmaking concepts.
Collaborate with editors, writers, and producers to align visuals with narrative goals.
Develop reusable templates and visual systems for consistent branding.
Enhance video clarity by visualizing complex ideas through animation.
Review and refine animations based on feedback and iterative improvements.

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation.
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Solid design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual storytelling.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
Interest in filmmaking, storytelling, or visual media.
Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Cinema 4D (preferred).
